As internal air duct was found dirty and black particle emitted from the air outlets reported by end users. Air duct cleaning is recommended to improve the indoor air quality. Three contractors were invited to quote the air duct cleaning work. I recommend we award the cleaning work to the lowest contractor, ie. ***. |
