There's lots of good advice in this thread. As Anglika said, there's no quick fix. The important thing is to
use words - and to do that you have to follow Anglika's advice and make a note of them. The fact of writing them down will help your learning. But if you write them down and forget them, that's no good. Write them down and then use them - either in writing or in speech - preferably both.
