I agree, Anglika.

This would never fly in the US where donations to charitable, non profits are tax deductibe. No one can get paid "down the line" to garner donations for a charity. However, a professional fundraider can be hired to run a campaign.

Classes of memberships or donors levels can be named. A different donation rate for a "Gold Member" and a "Silver Member" is allowed.

Also, we don't use the term, "poor people." It is "families in need", or "person demonstrating a need.,"

"Food challenged" is used instead of "hungry."
In the US, the problem is mal-nourishment, not hunger.
