now you are asking abou being not satsified, for me not satsified = unsatsified whereas dissatisfied is much more then not satisfied.
By the way I susspect that the thing with "not satisfied" is like with "impatient", "unhelpful" etc. one says not "helpful", " not patient" and so on, if you know what I mean.
