I'd like to inform you of the following:

I. Instead of April 14, 2008. The Ethnic Dance trainers requested to move asked if they can change their flight to April18 as they have commitments on April 17.

II. Initial Modern Dance trainers that were confirmed have backed out. We are going to replace them with friends of Mr. Jeffreys (Ethnic Dance Head Trainer). They were also recommended by Mr. Aragon ( Cultural Affair Director). They are as follows:

a) Joel Lamamgan
b) Rene Advincula

III. Mr. Suazo, Fine Arts director of Ganjo Academy, expects a package a fee/ remuneration of 50 K for their services. Accompanying him are the following:

a) Alex Alimata
b) Bong Salvador

IV. We intend to deply schedule the Modern Dance and the Fine Arts sessions together with the Ethnic Dance schedule of deployment so the trainers will start and finish their workshops at the same time
