This rate for transportaion by air was supplied by my forwarder, and is similar to that of Mic’s forwarder. The sum of USD24-26 is only for the air freight; while the sum of USD30 is an all in rate which includes the documentation, CFS, handling, etc. Also the cost of fuel has risen in recent weeks.
