"In the early" is used before a a decade, a century etc., not before a year. It could be "In early 1810" or "In the early part of 1810", but not "In the early 1810".

The problem is "sensitive". All the other items in that series are nouns: fever, swelling, and cough. The last should be "sensitivity".

"Become" is wrong; it should be "becoming". Because it follows the preposition "of", the word must be a noun. "Becoming" is a gerund-noun and the object of "of".
