 “has gone to” and “has been to”
Dear teachers,
Would you be kind enough explain to me the subtle difference between the two expressions “has gone to” and “has been to”?
Where has Tom gone?
He has gone to the bank. He should be back soon.
Where has been John many times?
John has been to London many times.
