From now on we speak only English. Who says something in another language then English will be given the double homework.Person A breaks the rule, then he/she is given the double homework. And now every one (person B/C/D etc. is on the alert because if he/she breaks the rule again , then the double homework goes over from person A to the one who broke it.
No one wants the double homework so they will try to avoid speaking their native language during the lesson
