We are pleased to inform you that employees can now relax after office hours by participating in a number of activities such as Chess, Carom & Dart Board Cork. When doing so, employees are bound by the following rules. Please read carefully and maintain office decorum.

Rules & Regulations:

1)Employees can only play after office hours (i.e. 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm)
2)Employees should enter in the register one day in advance for their participation in game. This helps to know about the employees strength and avoids unnecessary rush in the sports hall. Sometimes employees may not get a choice to play due to more number of participants, hence, the entry in register is more ideal.
3)No refreshment (snacks/drinks etc.) will be provided during play time.
4)Place the sports items in the designated area after using.
5)Any damage to the sports items, the signed employee in the register will be made responsible & he should pay the penalty.
6)Maintain silence

Rules & Regulations:

1)Employees can play only after office hours, and between 6.30 p.m. and 8.30 p.m.
2)Employees wishing to avail themselves of any game should book in the register, one day in advance. This allows numbers for each game to be determined, and avoids overcrowding in the sports hall. Pre-booking also helps employees avoid disappointment when demand for particular games is high.
3)No refreshment (snacks/drinks etc.) will be provided during these hours .
4)Sports items should be returned to their designated areas after use.
5)Any costs arising from damage to the sports items will be the responsibility of the employee signed in the register.
6) Please preserve the quiet as much as possible.

This arrangement comes into effect immediately.
