does "a rate of per call and per minute" mean "how much it costs per call and how much it costs per minute",
or "how many times you make a phone call and how long you talk on the phone in total"? | Rate per call means, how much it costs per call and how many times you make a phone call. Rate per minute means, how much it costs per minute and how long you talk on the phone during that call.
The company is charging its customers for a) each call and b) the time each call takes. So, let's say I make 5 calls, and each call is about 2 minutes in length. The company will send me the following bill:
Number of calls made: 5 calls x FEE = $__.__
Total minutes of calls: 2 minutes x 5 calls = 10 minutes x FEE = $__.__
Total Charge: Calls $__.__ + Minutes $__.__ = $__.___
Hope that helps. :D
All the best, | Sounds like a rip-off to me. |
