We are running out of pantry item stock, which we need to buy on priority basis. Some pantry items are damaged and the appearance of other items is awful. As you are aware, there will be an upward flow of visitors, VIPs and Guests to our office. It would be dreadful to serve them using old stock.
Hence, with your approval, we are planning to purchase the following items:
Tea Cups & Saucer xxxx
Water Glasses xxxx
Plates xxxx
Bowls xxxx
Spoons xxxx
Forks xxxx
