Re: Observations of an outsider- Part one Svaneska
Sweetie,
Thank you so much for your time.
One could write books and books about Sweden. The problem is that people who do not live in this place read only cold and dull statistical numbers about how Swedish industry is going well or how low is unemployment, but these numbers never show the prise ordinary people pay for that "success". They never tell the people about the other side of this country which is not not nice.
If I tell you that there are more people in this country who commit suicide than die in traffic accidents and that about 18% of citizens take antidepressants daily to survive you can understand that something is wrong
I simply feel I have to show the people that "other side", because Swedish politicians have created society where expediency is one of the leading principles of their government. I wonder if they have ever heard of the word "spirituality?"
Thank you very much for your understanding and support and have a nice weekend! |
