I want to send a mail to all the email users of our company to follow certain regulation please find the letter below i want this to be corrected to use as a template for the future letters.

Kindly be informed that don’t use the official Email Id (@xyz.com or @abc.com)
For sending and receiving the forwarded and unnecessary non official emails.
The flow of email traffic is high. Sometimes you may fail to get the official mails.

Inform your colleague/Friends/Relatives to send personal mails to your personal email ID.

Delete all your unnecessary non official mails from your outlook periodically.
