With reference to the above, Indiranagar, CA Site No. 19 measuring 10.70+23.40/2 X 64.00, totaling 1091.20 sft. was distributed to PNT, on 13.07.07 the contract agreement registered and on 25.07.07 the acquisition letter was issued. Now the PNT is asking for physical possession letter. Therefore as requested by PNT, a physical possession letter can be issued to them and the same (possession letter issued) being informed to our office.

With reference to the above, Kasturinagar, CA Site No. 13 measuring 23.86+23.87/2 X 46.00 + 46.00/2, totaling 1097.80 sft. was distributed to PNT, on 23.07.07 the contract agreement registered and on 15.08.07 the acquisition letter was issued. Wherein, at the time of visit by PNT, there was a stiff protest by the localities and also the purpose of land required is changed. Now the PNT is asking for an alternative CA site. Therefore as requested by PNT, the list of CA sites with measurement to be submitted to our office on priority.
