Default Re: Relieving Letter!

Respected Sir,

I was appointed as Stenographer in Finance Division June, 2006. I had applied for the Senate Secretariat post of Stenographer in May, 2006 before I was appointed in the Finance Division.

I received an offer letter (No.) Date () for the post of Stenographer BS-15 in Senate Secretariat. A photocopy of which is submitted for your consideration.

I am therefore requesting that I may kindly be relieved from my post as of 25.04.2008 end of office hours in order to continue my service as Stenographer in Senate Secretariat.

I would be very grateful if I may also be granted a lien. (I don't understand what this means)

Yours Obediently,

Muhammad Farhaj.
