Thank you TDol, it is due to I have learned that Interesting is used for things while Interested is for Living things. Is that correct? so my question regarding the word "confuse" steming from that point.

Can I just say that the "confusing" should be used with a thing, such as confusing words, confusing question? So. confused should go for a living thing, such as

A confused boy says nothing to the teacher.

I don't know whether my sentence works for this purpose or not? Please correct me if it is wrong.
