It means to take out of the fridge(since it would spoil if you left it out in the heat) put on the table and had it for breakfast
so instead of saying
I know some of y'all got that cold Popeye's (chicken) out for breakfast.
you might as well say

I know that some of you here took yesterday's leftovers (Popeye's chicken) out of the fridge and had them for breakfast.
