Default How can I improve my spoken "th"?

Good evening.

I have got a short and simple question:
How can I improve my spoken "th"?
There are a lot of pupil at my school how don't mind about their spoken english. But I am one of those who is concerned about his pronounciation and his skills in generally.
I don't know if my "th" is good or not but I woud like to train it.
When I use simple words like "there, the, math" and so on I have no problems with my pronounciation. But whenever I try to say things like "thirtythreethousandthreehundredandthirtythree (33333)" or the plural of a verb which ends with a "th" it sounds very silly~~.

I hope that you can help me.

Greetings Marcel :)
