Most of them don't seem to have much in the way of politeness; they focus on trying to get past the spam protection systems and this drives the content. A few months ago they were quoting texts from books as a way of getting round the Bayesian filters. Now they're appear to be trying to use synonyms that people will understand but not the filters. Have you seen this site?
