 letter correction
According to clause in our contract with municipality that we must submit the monthly report within 7 days after end of month, therefore we required garbage collection monthly report in both ways (hard copy & soft copy) every month sorted by areas under xxx Co. (Airport , Azizia & Briman) an other point I want to bring in your knowledge that I have seen your garbage collection weekly report but there is nothing mentioned about kinds of garbage, which is also requirement of municipality.
I hope you will take necessary steps to solve these above mentioned points.
