Re: no one/none/not one/not any.... I know I'm not English but I would have pick out both the first and third.
(1) No one means that of all, no one can...
(3) Not one means that even not one of them can...
Moreover, either the second or fourth sound worse. I wonder wether they aren't incorrect in that case.
