Municipality people (inspectors?) noticed that soil (pipe? drain?) is still open and not covered as of yet.
They are observing to see what will be done. Do your best to cover the soil (pipe? drain? ??) by Friday 18 Apr. 2008. They may make a surprise visit any time after Friday.
They also mentioned that a huge amount of plastic bags, full of aluminum and empty cans, has been hidden behind the fence. Please take necessary action and not allow any unauthorized person into the new land field. It may create a huge problem for us if this happens.
Keep sending us your operational reports every week and on a monthly basis with your operational plan, as mentioned in the contract. |
