By the way, it everything seems to me that I am so stupid… I haven’t got good feeling of it. I think my bad English is based on that I don’t know enough words. I couldn’t read normal English book (I think even a book for children) without a dictionary. Perhaps, it is quite normal, but I know really minimum. Always when I larn an english word, I forget it in about one month. It isn’t very good, is it? Am I normal?
You're not stupid at all. It is difficult to learn a new language. This is not really a question of feeling when you start out, because you've not much experience yet to base your feelings on. So I would say this is normal not to have a "good feeling". As for the vocabulary, I would advise you to write the words you learn in a notebook, and that you read that notebook quite often (eg. everyday). I did just that for years. Now I use my computer (www.supermemo.com) instead, but a notebook is fine.
Repetition is the key!
