Some people have told me it may be "True/False test question" but I think it's not exactly right because while the former consists of a set of interrogative sentences, the latter consist of a set of affirmative sentences.
So is there any other name for that kind of question?

Thank you very much in advance

Hi, newbie!

I think you might be over-analyzing the "True/False" situation. Common usage for this type of test is simply "True/False".

If it makes you feel better, you could visualize every true statement as an interrogative:
The sun always rises in the east. (True)
(Does) the sun always rise in the east? (Yes = True)

Cheers,
Amigo
