If you look at the square box(es) under the word "thanked..." you will get a clue as to the meaning of the statements that appear when you place your cursor over the boxes. The more times you are thanked the more times the statement will change. Tdol, as an administrator, has chosen to disable this function from his profile. The rest of us do not have any direct control as to what the statement is going to be.
Look at some of the boxes that appear in the profile of other members. You will see a correlation to the number of times they have been 'thanked' for their assistance.
