Default request a shipment extension
We are sorry to advise you that because some of gift boxes / materials are shortage and a consequent delay from the factory, we are unable to meet the latest shipment date on 25 May, and would like to request a shipment extension to June 05. Because the goods will be ready on May 26, but catch vessel ETD June 05. Would you please confirm your acceptance by return email? Please also amend the letter of credit to us ASAP.
