Welcome to the forums.

There is no English word "differend",

"difference" is a noun = the state or condition of being dissimilar.
"different" is an adjective = not the same as another or each other.

What is the difference between a car and a van?
The difference is that a car carries people and a van is used to carry goods.

John and Tom are different people.
Can I buy a different dress? I do not like the colour of this one.
