As for your sentence:

"I am trained to be a science teacher; yet to get a placement in a school."


I don't understand what you are trying to say. I understand the "I am trained to be a science teacher." But "yet to get a placement in a school." I don't understand.

Do you mean that to get a placement in school you trained to be a science teacher? Do you think you can describe the second sentence a little more? Thanks!
