Generally can I connect ADVERB and VERB with "and"?
"I'm hardly and worked." will I might see such sentences?
You're welcome, Nanatuha.

The verb is "is" (3rd person sing. of the verb to be).
"Gone" is the past participle of the verb "go". In this sentence it is used as an adjective meaning "past".

"Long" is an adverb modifying the adjective "gone".

No, you can never connect an adverb and a verb with "and", but you can connect two adverbs with "and".
Like this: I've worked hard and fast.
