I have three questions.

>5- I'd use 'shrinking'

'The pension size is shrinking' means 'they will get less pension'.
Is 'they will get less pension' acceptable?

>6- It's 'don't make full use...'

Is 'they don't make full use of their potential' wrong?

>You can be promoted beyond your ability.

I guess this expression means 'you're required to perform beyond your ability'.

Does 'perform beyond your ability' have any problem?
