Oops, check that, there is a mistake in the first sentence.

1. There is no change in the management and the
type of business we have been engaged in.

Present perfect is probably a better tense to go with because it is used later in the relative clause. "There has been..."

Also, change the conjunction to "or" because "management" and "type of business" are distinct things and neither one has changed.

There has been no change in the management or the type of business we have been engaged in.
