 Help!!!!
Hi, teachers!
I need your help on my writing. It's from my letter to my supervisor. I am not sure whether I write in the right way - as polite as possible. And I will be absent in the meeting with him, so I am writing something to explain my absence and not annoying him. The following is from the letter,
Dear Sir,
I will have a meeting tomorrow with you on 2:00P.M. But I have had my leg hurt this morning so badly that maybe I couldn't go to the meeting tomorrow. I am very sorry for the absence and for making your time wasted because of my absence. As you know, I have an extension on my dissertation and I will keep in touch with you by e-mail. Can I ask for your suggestion if I meet problems on the writing? And I will send you my literature review as soon as possible.
