Default 'Communication Code'

I have a question mainly for native speakers.

I need to translate the heading of the article that sounds approximately this way: 'The rules of interaction/or communication'

I consider this heading quite boring, as the whole article has a rather humorous content.

'Communictaion Code' - isn't it more catchy?

My teacher says that there is no such a collocation and we cannot use it.

So, native speakers, how do you feel about this phrase? Does it sound natural to you or not?

Thanx in advance
