OK.
If you are referencing the price of the house, then the other person would be agreeing that you are in the correct price range for your home/property. In this case, the expression: "you are in the right ball park" would be used. If you were "way off base" or "way out there" that would mean that you are no where near the correct value for your home.

Being in "the right ball park" means that you are in the correct area/range for whatever subject you are discussing. It is used very commonly with price ranges.
