"cut off" when you make a right or left turn right in front of another car. You cut her off or you can "cut off" a person's organ.
"cut down" a tree, or cut down on a budget (spend less)
"cut out" a picture from a book.
"cut up" when you cut something into pieces.
"cut to" I personally never used this :) |
