In case you're wondering, there are some rules:
Words with one syllable use er, est.
Words with two syllables ending in a vowel
sound use er, est.
Words with two syllables ending in a consonant
sound use more, most.
Words with three syllables or more use more, most.
If a word ends in y it's often dropped and replaced with i.
Sometimes the last consonant is doubled.
Note that mobile ends in a vowel 'e', but with a consonant
sound 'l'.
Examples of two-consonant words ending in a vowel sound are 'happy' and 'creamy'.
happy, happier, happiest (also uses the 'y' rule).
creamy, creamier, creamiest (also uses the 'y' rule).
