Hello there

Rise : is an intransitive verb and means to go up stand up , or get out of bed . it doesn't require an object
George rise very early in morning

raise is a transitive verb and means to lift up something
the company raised thier salary too often

their principal parts are

rise , rose , risen
raise , raised , raised

so and according to this rule
the correst form is
raise your hand
