I know this answer is abolutely not applicable. But I thought worth sharing.
Meaning of the idiom 'No Gee' is 'No Sir'. Actually, in India Hindi is a common language. 'Gee' or 'Ji' is an expression of 'Respected Sir'. Yes Sir or No Sir is often expressed as 'Ha Ji' or Na Ji'
Since it is a quote from a dialogue, if spoken in Indian environment, 'No Gee' means 'No Sir'.
This is my interpretation.
