2) There is no requirement to include 'References' information on your resume. This will be requested of you as your application progresses to the final stages.
3) Your job responsibilities have not been given consistently. Start each of your job duties using descriptive verbs and maintain this consistency for all the jobs you have done till date.
4) Remember to attach a covering letter with your resume.
