Dear tdol,

Thank you so much for your help. Maybe I didn't explain it clearly.

In China when a student takes a course he take the final exam for it. If he fails he can take the 'retake' the next term and he doens't have to pay for it. If he fails again, he had to pay tuition for the course, to to classes for it and take the exam for the third time in the end of the term. What I meant was 'what is the word for the third exam'?
