 charge number
Hi,
could you please explain what "charge number" means in the following context:
Customer is entitled to inspect the goods delivered to him for quality and report in writing any qualitative defect in detail (date of delivery, charge number, quantity, delivery note number and the exact description of the qualitative defect).
I guess it could be a "batch number" or a "lot number", but also the "number of a purchase order".
