It shouldn't look correct. The word should be
mine. Thus, the sentence would be:
- I don't think native speakers find my website interesting unless their English is worse than mine.
In that sentence
mine means
my English. If you need to know what part of speech that is I would say it is a noun but it is also a possessive.
