Default Re: chicken or chickens?

Hello Koothu

"Chickens" is the usual plural, in British English.

Farmers (and those who keep poultry in their back gardens, etc.) will sometimes refer to a large group of chickens as "chicken" with no article. But this might be regarded as a specialist usage.
