gone why is it wrong to say, "Have you gone to austalia?"
I know it's not correct, but I don't know the rule.

Re: gone "Have you gone to Australia?" is an odd question because the "Have you gone" part suggests that the person the question is being directed to is in Austrailia at the moment.
