Default how to describe these situation

Could anybody tell me an adj to describe this:
a people who does not have serious relationship and just flirts with many people. Or even if with some "relationship", he still fool around with other girls.

How to describe this:
2 Somebody who is having relationship with two people.

1. the guy is called a skirt chaser, womanizer, chick-chase, pick-up artist, philanderer, etc.

2. please, specify what you mean by that...a guy being married and fooling around or do you mean a bisexual person?

OK. I see. It's called double dating. I can't think of any other terms for that.
