Are both sentences correct?Any difference in meaning?
1.She is thinking of moving to a new place.
2.She is thinking about moving to a new place.

"of" implies that the thought is there and hasn't changed, whereas "about", like to go "round about", implies the thought is not yet fixed, and in the process of being changed.

EX: I am thinking of you. (My thoughts are fixed on you.)
EX: I am thinking about you. (My thoughts of you are moving around, changing, being modified)
