All kinds of natural disas­ters, wars, and conflicts between religions and nations are happening worldwide. The Divine needs unconditional universal servants to stand out to serve humanity, to remove the suffering of humanity, and to create love, peace, and harmony for humanity, Mother Earth, and all universes.

Does it mean 'the ones who will be able to serve despite difficulties'?

Does it mean 'the ones who will be able to serve despite difficulties'?

It's hard to say. It doesn't seem to have been written by an English speaker from this planet. I think the meaning is more one of "stand up", that is, "put oneself forward and be counted". "Stand out" means to excel.
"He stands out as an excellent employee" But "stand out to serve humanity" is not colloquial English. Maybe it means "stand out from the pack of ordinary people".
It sounds like some guru looking for followers. Those who follow him will naturally be those who "stand out" - whatever that ultimately means.
