“I am way too fat”, “I really have to start dieting”, “Exercising is too exhausting for me. I would rather eat less.” These are some clichés that almost everyone has heard.

Could anyone help me with the punctuations? Should I use lowercase for "exercising?" Besides, are these sentences grammatically correct? If not, could anyone please help me correct them?

You might join the last two into a single sentence, though all the originals are fine:
Exercising is too exhausting for me; I would rather eat less.
