practice speaking

I will apprciate if you can advice a websites where I can practice my speaking.

I tried yahoo chat but it is hard to find people that just want to speak.

it is very important for me because I just failed with my last job interview that was in english.

I am 'The French' (I'm not a teacher), but I am in same situation like you, in my little town nobody speak in English.

But I think in Israel, people speak a lot English, perhaps you can find it in your city one person who speak this language.

You can find in the shool your reply or a friend or an old person who like taking with others.

Sure you find a way, don't give up.
